Both the sponsor and the candidate will have to fill out the application and mail it to the address on the form.  If you have any questions, please email us!

PLEASE NOTE:  Everyone is encouraged to fill out and submit an application even if you don't know if you can make the next date coming up.  The dates of the cursillo's are in the calendar of events section of the website.  You will be notified by mail if the cursillo is full.  If it is not full, you will be able to send back the response card stating if you can make it or not, if you would like your application held for the next cursillo, or if you would like your application returned.  HUSBANDS AND WIVES should submit their applications at the same time!  This increases the chance that she would make the very next Cursillo after the husband, because the spots for the weekend are filled by first come first served by the date the application is received.  Please email info@cdopnwacursillo.org if you have any further questions or concerns.
